Returns & refunds (bespoke goods)
Most of our products are bespoke and not suitable for return unless faulty or not as described. If we’ve supplied standard accessories, you can return them within 14 days unused in original packaging (you cover return postage) unless faulty.
Faults & defects
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery/installation for transit damage, and within a reasonable period for other defects. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate under your warranty/consumer rights.
Complaints procedure
Email complaints@precisionaluminium.co.uk with your order number and details.
We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 10 working days.
We aim to make our complaints process accessible to all. If you need to submit a complaint in an alternative format (e.g., large print, audio, text relay), please contact accessibility@precisionaluminium.co.uk or call [phone number] so we can assist.
If we cannot resolve the complaint, we’ll signpost you to any applicable ADR scheme or Citizens Advice.
