Surveys & measurements
Installations are subject to a site survey. If structural issues or variations arise, we’ll discuss options and any price/time adjustments before proceeding.
Lead times
Quoted lead times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain, manufacturing or weather conditions. We’ll keep you updated.
Access & preparation
You agree to provide safe access, electricity, and to remove/relocate items that may obstruct installation (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).
If you or a member of your household requires specific accessibility adjustments for survey or installation visits, please let us know in advance. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate your needs.
Pricing & payments
Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated. A deposit may be required on order, with balance stages aligned to manufacture and installation milestones.
Cancellations
Bespoke products are made to order and may not be cancellable once manufacturing has started. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
